I was a little skeptical ordering online since the only option was "Designer's Choice" and there weren't many photos to choose from. However, the recipient absolutely loved the arrangement, and it turned out beautifully! The ordering process was easy, and everything went smoothly. My only suggestion would be to make the prices a little more affordable. Overall, I'm happy with my experience.

The roses I ordered for my husband were exquisite. The florist also gave me a single rosebud at no charge. My flower buying experience was easy, pickup convenient and the roses top quality. I will definitely purchase flowers here again.

They called me to tell me that I missed the deadline for delivery that day. Which was sad, but ok... it was my fault....
They texted me a picture of the bouquet. It was (KEEP READING!!!!) "nice" but when I saw it in person, it was SO BEAUTIFUL AND FULL AND GORGEOUS and she said the lilies would open up and look good - well, they looked gorgeous. It was theeee most beautiful florist choice bouquet I've ever seen.

The arrangement was beautiful and exactly what we had in mind. My grandma said “My goal today was to get through without crying, but I failed today!” They were good tears. She said the person who delivered them was friendly and kind, and carried it inside for her and placed it on the table because it was too heavy for her. I will definitely order from Heartfelt again!
